Don’t Let the Media Brainwash You Into Fear.

We live in an abundant universe

It’s easy to forget about that when we have a toilet paper shortage, hamburger is limited to two packages if the store has any, and buffet restaurants may be gone forever.

I refuse to get sucked into the mindset that the media is promoting. I’m not a huge conspiracy theorist but something just doesn’t add up. but I do know that stressing about things I can’t control is a short road to paranoia and depression.

The only thing that I can control is my reaction to the things going on around me.

There’s a virus. I can’t do anything about that. But, if I am concerned about it, I can wear a mask. I can sterilize the grocery cart before I touch it. I can even sterilize my bag of chips before I put them in my car.

That, I can control.

It does me no good to freak out and be stressed out of my mind over it.

Another thing I can do is I can take the time to be thankful for all the good things in my life.

Mine and Angie’s marriage is amazing. We love each other and we have each other’s back. No matter what!

All our kids are healthy.

All our grandkids are healthy.
